In my last Ask Rebecca session, a couple of people mentioned that they had gotten emotional during our time together and they were initially embarrassed or confused why. THIS is why and it's exactly why I love the Ask Rebecca offering! It truly is a safe space for us to come together and that support that we feel naturally allows us to get out of our heads and into our heads. It's from this place that we are able to more deeply and strongly connect with our higher selves and to Spirit.
