What technology do I need to attend?

• This virtual event is held over Zoom, so in order to participate, you will need access to a stable internet connection, smartphone, tablet, or computer that is equipped with a working webcam and microphone.

I have never used Zoom before. Do you have any recommendations?

• You will need to download Zoom to your device prior to the event. You may also choose to sign up for a free Zoom account. If you do this, you could then set up a Zoom meeting with a friend to practice using Zoom prior to the event.

How do I test my video and microphone prior to the event?

• When you are in a Zoom meeting, at the bottom you’ll find the Unmute and Video buttons. Each of these has a small arrow to the right of the icon. When you click on the arrow a menu pops up with the option to access the Audio or Video Settings. When you click into the Audio Settings you can test your speaker and microphone. In Video Settings, you can adjust anything you need to with your camera or video.

• Again, if you have never used Zoom before and are feeling anxious about using it, the best thing to do would be to practice with a friend prior to the event so you can see how each of the buttons and settings work.

How do I only see Rebecca and the person she’s speaking to instead of everyone in the event?

• If you only want to see Rebecca and the other person she’s speaking to then choose "Speaker View” at the top right-hand corner of your screen if you are on a computer. We highly recommend Speaker View for this event.

• The other option is "Gallery View" where you'll be able to see everyone at all times. You can change the view on Zoom at any time, depending on how you'd like to experience the group.

How many people can I have with me on my device?

• Your ticket is applied per device and two people are allowed per device. We request that each person or pair is alone in a quiet place without distractions or disturbances for the entirety of the event.

• If you want to have more than two people on your device, please purchase additional tickets. For example, if there are four of you who would like to attend, please purchase two tickets.

When will I receive the Zoom info for the event?

• You will receive your unique Zoom meeting link the day before the event.

I purchased this as a gift. How do I make sure my friend gets the Zoom information?

• If you purchased this as a gift for someone else and you are not attending but you received this email, please contact us at hello@rebeccarosen.com with your friend’s email information.

The event starts at 5pm MT. What time should I log into the event?

• While the event starts at 5:00pm MT, we will welcome you into the event from the waiting room at 4:45pm MT. Please join the event early so that we can go over valuable and necessary details and ensure that the event starts on time.
• Please note that if you arrive later than 5:00pm MT, there will likely be a delay in admitting you to the event.
• You have a private link for the event so once admitted from the waiting room you are checked in automatically.

How do I let Rebecca know that I think that the spirit she is communicating with is for me?

• When Rebecca is conducting readings, if you feel that something applies to you please raise your Zoom hand. You’ll find that option by clicking on the “Reactions” tab at the bottom of your screen.
• From there, you’ll see a hand icon towards the bottom of that window that will allow you to “raise your hand.” If you are on a mobile device, you may need to click the three horizontal dots labeled “More” in order to find the option that will allow you to raise your hand.
• As Rebecca shares details about the spirit she's connecting with, if you feel it's for you, raise your Zoom hand. Then add to the Chat window how it fits for you, who is the person Rebecca has mentioned to you what do the other details she's shared mean to you. Adding additional details through chat will help make sure the reading is directed to the right person.
• You can access the Chat window by clicking the Chat icon on the bottom of your screen if you are on a computer. If you are on a mobile device you may need to click the three horizontal dots labeled “More” in order to find the Chat option.
• Remember that readings are not guaranteed for each person attending

How do I submit a question for Rebecca to answer?

• You will use the Chat window to submit questions to Rebecca’s team. Use the “Everyone” chat so that both of Rebecca’s team members will see your question and so that everyone else reading the chat can see. Sometimes other people want the same question asked so they can let us know that as well through the Chat window.
• Please note Rebecca will not have the Chat up on her screen so she can stay focused on the spirits and the messages she’s sharing with the group.
• You may also email your question in advance to hello@rebeccarosen.com.
• Due to time constraints, not every question will be answered during the event.

What kind of questions will Rebecca answer during the event?

• During these events, Rebecca loves to answer questions of a universal nature that could apply to everyone at the event. Examples would be questions about soul contracts, or working with guides and our team spirit.

What are parallel messages?

• While everyone attending will not receive a direct reading from Rebecca, there will be parallel messages throughout the event for the rest of us. Parallel messages are when we hear things during someone else’s reading with Rebecca that resonates. It may give us goosebumps, or the shivers. We may get a gut feeling that this is also for us. Our spirits are working together to be as efficient as possible during the limited time of the event to maximize the messages for the group.
• So keep listening! One way to think of it is that everything that is said during the event is meant for you. You wouldn’t be a part of the group if you weren’t meant to be there!

Will you record the event?

• While we may record the event, we do not share the recording of this event for confidentiality reasons. We encourage you to have a pen and paper handy to take notes.

Are tickets refundable?

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
