Make The Connection Everyday

As a part of the discussion we've been having around the ascension process, I wanted to share something that recently came up for me. During a journaling session, my team spirit shared channeled wisdom through me, offering guidance on how we can raise our vibration, go within, and make time for connection every day. The written message and prayer are below so that you can reference them at any time you need.

Dear ones,
Pause, breathe, and let yourself begin to journey to a place of peace, within. Let your heart open and let your mind soften. You must make time to free yourself if you want to be yourself! You must make time to be you. This means, when you shift from the outside in, you then become one with the Divine I AM presence inside you. You re-align and re-calibrate your system so that you are not depleted and drained; you are not caught in suffering, pain and fear. Rather, you are aligned to the infinite source of unconditional love.

You must make time. Do what feeds your soul. If you cannot be at the ocean, then close your eyes and go within, to this special place that you know exists. Allow yourself the quiet, the peace, the stillness, and feed yourself, your cells, your body, your mind, and your spirit. Let your heart soften and open, like a lotus flower and reach toward the sun.  

The light will heal you, the light will fill you. You are not alone dear ones, you are eternally held in a perpetual hug from your angels above. You must make time and space, space and grace, to allow this shift from a lower frequency into the Divine. Your guides and angels ask you to speak these words aloud each day and this will shift you and uplift you into a frequency that aligns with theirs. 

Prayer:

Thank you for who I am; what I am; the knowing that I AM THAT I AM.  

Thank you for being one with me now; I am love. I am light. I am peace. I am truth.  

I am ready to make this shift, into the lighter, higher ways of Source energy, eternally within me and around me.

I welcome this love and allow it into every cell of my being; into every layer and level of my auric field. I allow this energy to permeate me, and through me, I allow the angelic messages to pour forth, to anyone in need.  

Thank you for using me as a vessel today, on this day, and for your help in creating the miracles I am here to create, with grace and ease.

Thank you for this Divine knowing, this Divine Guidance, and this Divine love.  

And so it is.
