Learning To Trust Your Intuition
When planning my Living Well Book Tour across the country, I was guided to include a free copy of What The Dead Have Taught Me About Living Well with every ticket as a means to get my tried and true spiritual tools into the hands of everyone in the audience. From city to city, after demonstrating the power of spirit communication for over two hours, I’d wrap up the evening by inviting you to take a turn. I always say that you don’t have to be a spiritual medium to do this… tap into your own intuition that connects you to the Other Side. When you make the conscious choice to open up and make spirit communication a daily intention and practice, your departed loved ones, angels and guides will make their presence known in your daily life. And finally, use the tools and practices in my book to help you along, or to help someone else.

The day after my large audience reading in Los Angeles, I got an email from a woman who’d attended the event. On her flight home to New York, she felt compelled to give her copy of the book to the woman sitting next to her. Her message below is a powerful reminder of how spirit works magic in our daily lives—and in the lives of those we interact with—when we simply have the courage to listen to, and then honor, the divine guidance we receive.
After I finished [the book], about midway through my flight home, I had a very strong feeling that I was meant to give it to the woman sitting next to me. I felt shy and awkward, we hadn’t even said hello, but the feeling kept building and so finally I plucked up the courage and said: “Hi, I’m sorry, you’re probably going to think I’m insane and that’s fine, I’ve never done something like this, but I feel like I’m supposed to give you this book.” She smiled at me and inquired about it and I told her a little bit about you. She took it and thanked me and we put our ear buds back in. Not 30 seconds later she taps me on the shoulder excitedly, waving her phone around. She tells me that a friend of hers recently had a death in the family and said a book had really helped her and that she should read it. In fact, the last email she read before our flight was from her friend saying, “please get Rebecca Rosen’s book.” And then I hand it to her! It was such a fun wink and nudge and I just had to share it!
FLOW-tastic
This is what I mean when I say that life can be FLOWTASTIC! When we allow the divine forces around us to show us signs, create miracles and synchronicities in our day-to-day lives, that’s exactly what they do! It takes faith to trust the intuitive hits you receive and then another dose of courage to act on that guidance. But when you do, and you receive spot-on, purposeful validation as this story demonstrates, your faith is strengthened—along with the knowing that you are always supported from beyond. You’re never alone.
The next time you feel a nudge to do or say something (even if it feels awkward), I encourage you to act! When you feel deeply that something is right and true, this is Spirit speaking to you. The more you act on your inner guidance, the stronger and more consistent it becomes and before you know it, you’re creating and living a flowtastic life!
