Are these readings done over Zoom or phone call?

Rebecca’s private readings are done over the phone. Video calling through Zoom, Facetime, or another application is not available.

Will Rebecca call me or do I call her?

If you are located in the U.S., Rebecca will call you for your appointment at the phone number you provided when booking. If you’d prefer that she call you at a different phone number, please contact hello@rebeccarosen.com.

If you are an international client, please contact us to make arrangements.

Can I add people to my private reading?

Rebecca allows up to two additional people to join a 30-minute or 60-minute private reading for a cost of $200 per additional person. If you’d like to add a person or people to your appointment, please complete this form prior to your reading to provide payment. Remember that you’ll need to conference them into the call, as Rebecca will only call the number provided for the appointment.

Will my reading be recorded?

Rebecca does record the reading and it will be sent to you via email later that day. The mp3 file is delivered through Hightail. The link provided to you will expire after 90 days, so be sure to download and save the file to your computer or device before then. Recordings are not guaranteed, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, but there are rarely issues in recording the session. If you also wish to record on your end, you are welcome to. We also recommend having pen and paper handy to take notes.

How do I know when my reading is scheduled?

After requesting a reading through the scheduling link, you’ll receive notifications via email and/or text when the appointment is confirmed. You’ll also receive reminders leading up to the session. Those messages will list the date and time of your reading. Remember to note the time zone listed. If you did not select a time zone when booking, the appointment will be listed in Mountain Time, since Rebecca is located in Denver. If you did select a time zone, the appointment will be listed in your local time. What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Our cancellation policy requires at least a week’s notice if you need to cancel your scheduled reading. If you are unable to keep your appointment and contact our office less than a week prior, we will release it to Rebecca’s scheduling list in an attempt to fill it. In the event it fills, you will be issued a refund. If you wish to reschedule your appointment to a later date, you’ll be returned to the scheduling list and will book through the same process and scheduling link for a new appointment.

How should I prepare for my reading?

Rebecca encourages that you “call in” your team spirit and those that you want to hear from in the days leading up to your reading. This can be done through a simple prayer, asking them to come through and giving them permission to do so. You can also reflect on any topics you’d like guidance on or questions you may have. We then encourage you to surrender and be open to whatever guidance and information your team spirit has for you. On the day of your reading, we recommend you be in a quiet location with limited distractions. If you feel guided to, you can meditate beforehand or do an activity that will naturally raise your vibration. Rebecca will guide you through the reading when you begin your appointment, but if you have any questions leading up to your session, please reach out to hello@rebeccarosen.com and we are happy to help.

Will I be able to ask questions?

Rebecca will begin with a download from your team spirit, relaying the messages that come through. There is usually time for you to ask a few questions in the second half of the reading.
