I attended the LA event with a friend and was impressed with the experience. Thank you Rebecca for opening yourself up to all of us, teaching and helping our guides touch us. Personally, through your work you have helped me connect my Judaism and spirituality in an authentic and organic way – in a way that neither waters down one or dismisses the other.  I thank you!

After the LA event, I have been asking for signs, yet I was indecisive, and looking for something to resonate with me, at times I was feeling very frustrated…

I woke to a sign in the sky… thought I’d share (I swear that looks like a “shin” right?!?)

I was flying high all day after seeing this –

B U T… ARGH…

(For transparency sake, I have a Rabbi in my family too, and Judaism is a large part of our lives… so yah, the Jewish lens is never far, but it is very much who I am… so with that I continue…)

Remember the story after being taken out of Egypt, splitting of the sea ( after witnessing all the miracles…) how long until they kvetched, and built the golden calf (after I originally wrote this “commentary” to you,  I was sitting in shul and realized that the parasha being read that shabbat was Ki Tisa- the story of the golden calf!!!  Ok that is cool!)…. Well, my opinion of those Israelites in the desert have shifted a bit, I kinda understand… because, well, my spiritual awakening amnesia came on too quickly!  I crashed and burned (almost like a hangover) and went back to old habits…

I hope my guides have patients and give me as many signs as I need until it sticks!!!! Lately I have been feeling like I need lots of signs….

The purpose of this email is to send this photo to you as a thank you. Know that your work has touched one more spirit on this earth.  Im sure that many times you feel as human as the rest of us, need some extra signs to validate that you are making a difference for many people…

So, when you need, here it is as a reminder “before our eyes”.

Although I feel disconnected from my ability to connect with spirit most of the time, This photo continues to serve me as a reminder of my awe moment.  So even when I get frustrated at myself, I have the photo here, upon my heart, for when my heart is open and ready.  Now, every time I say the shema (in meditation or at synagogue), i will come to that experience with a whole new understanding and hopefully a knowing.

Ohhh… maybe that is why we have to retell the story every year at passover….hummmm….

So thank you again!  Keep doing what you do!!!
